AL-RUSAFA REFINERY COMPANY

Rusafa Refinery Company Private JSC (a.k.a. Al-Resafa Refinery Company) is a joint stock company responsible for the construction, operation, and management of a condensate oil refinery in Raqqa. Establishes plants and units linked to the refinery. The company is licensed to establish, operate and manage a refinery, establish plants and units linked to the refining products, equip tanks associated with the refinery, construct residential, recreational, and service buildings for project workers, establish a research centers and laboratories, and develop specialized and advanced training centers with the latest global technologies to transfer knowledge and expertise to national staff. The Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection issued Decision No. 487 in which it ratified the articles of association of the Rusafa Refinery Company. Rusafa Refinery Company Private JSC is under US sanctions.

أصدرت وزارة التجارة الداخلية وحماية المستهلك القرار رقم /487/، صادقت فيه على النظام الأساسي لـشركة مصفاة الرصافة. ويحق للشركة إنشاء وتشغيل وإدارة مصفاة لتكرير النفط الثقيل، وإنشاء معامل ووحدات مرتبطة بنواتج التكرير، وتجهيز خزانات مرتبطة بالمصفاة، وإقامة الأبنية السكنية والترفيهية والخدمية للعاملين في المشروع، وإنشاء مركز بحوث ومختبرات، ومركز تدريب متخصص ومتطور وفق أحدث التقنيات العالمية لنقل المعرفة والخبرات للكوادر الوطنية. مدرجة في قوائم العقوبات الأمريكية
