This contributes to establishing an independent power supply for Crimea and Sevastopol as a means of supporting their separation from Ukraine, and undermines the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

a conclu un contrat avec Siemens Gas Turbine Technologies OOO pour l'achat de turbines à gaz, en déclarant qu'elles étaient destinées à une centrale électrique à Taman (région de Krasnodar, Fédération de Russie) et, en qualité de contractant, a été responsable du transfert de ces turbines à gaz à la société OOO «VO TPE» qui, à son tour, les a transférées en vue de leur installation en Crimée.
