JSC Oboronenergo est un fournisseur d’énergie militaire qui, dans le cadre de marchés publics, fournit des services de distribution d’électricité à des unités militaires russes et à d’autres entités placées sous le contrôle du ministère de la défense. Cette société a participé à la modernisation de la base aérienne militaire de Korenovsk, qui a été utilisée par les forces armées de la Fédération de Russie pour lancer des attaques contre des cibles situées en Ukraine lors de l’agression militaire injustifiée et non provoquée de la Russie contre l’Ukraine. Elle a donc apporté un soutien matériel au gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie, qui est responsable de l’annexion de la Crimée et de la déstabilisation de l’Ukraine, et a tiré avantage de ce gouvernement. En outre, elle a soutenu matériellement des actions qui ont compromis ou menacé l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
JSC Oboronenergo is a military power supplier which under government contracts provides electricity supply services to Russian military units and other entities subordinated to the Ministry of Defence. It took part in the modernisation of the military air base in Korenovsk, which was used by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation to launch attacks on targets located in Ukraine during Russia’s unprovoked and unjustified military aggression against Ukraine.
Therefore it supported materially and benefitted from the Government of the Russian Federation, which is responsible for the annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of Ukraine. It also supported materially actions which undermined or threatened the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
