Swiss SECO Sanctions/Embargoes,

In his former leadership position as First Deputy Minister of Information, he is responsible for the repression of civil society, and in particular the Ministry of Information decision to cut off access to independent websites and limit internet access in Belarus in the wake of the 2020 presidential election, as a tool of repression of civil society, peaceful demonstrators and journalists. He remains active in the Lukashenka regime as a minister counsellor at the Belarusian embassy in Moscow, Russia.

Dans le cadre de ses anciennes fonctions dirigeantes de premier vice-ministre de l’information, il porte une responsabilité dans la répression de la société civile, et notamment avec la décision du ministère de l’information de couper l’accès aux sites internet indépendants et de limiter l’accès à internet en Biélorussie à la suite du scrutin présidentiel de 2020, à des fins répressives envers la société civile, les manifestants pacifiques et les journalistes. Il continue de jouer un rôle actif dans le régime de Loukachenka en tant que ministre conseiller à l’ambassade de Biélorussie à Moscou (Russie).
