Targets individuals and entities responsible for human rights violations and the repression of civil society in Belarus, for undermining democracy and the rule of law, and for actions destabilising Ukraine. Designated persons are subject to an asset freeze, and designated individuals to a travel ban. The regime also imposes country-wide restrictions on Belarus, including export bans on military, dual-use, internal-repression and luxury goods, import bans on potash, iron and steel and other commodities, restrictions on loans, securities and insurance, and the closure of UK ports and airspace to Belarusian ships and aircraft.
