Position: Commander of the National Defence Forces in the city of Suqaylabiyah
Nabeul Al-Abdullah is the commander of the National Defence Forces in the city of Suqaylabiyah. He has been overseeing the recruitment of Syrian mercenaries to fight alongside Russia in Ukraine since the beginning of the Russian war of aggression. He is therefore responsible for actions and policies which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, or stability or security in Ukraine. After the fall of the Assad regime, Al-Abdullah fled to Russia.
Nabeul Al-Abdullah est le commandant des forces de défense nationales dans la ville de Suqaylabiyah. Il supervise depuis le début de la guerre d’agression russe le recrutement de mercenaires syriens pour les envoyer combattre aux côtés de la Russie en Ukraine. Il est donc responsable d’actions et de politiques compromettant ou menaçant l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine, ou la stabilité ou la sécurité en Ukraine. Après la chute du régime d’Assad, Al-Abdullah a fui en Russie.
