Position: former commander of the National Defence Forces in the city of Maharda
Simon Al Wakil is a former commander of the National Defence Forces in the city of Maharda (Hama). He collaborated directly with the command of the Russian forces in Syria, and is an active relay of the operations of enrolment to fight in Ukraine alongside Russia. He is therefore responsible for actions and policies which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, or stability or security in Ukraine. After the fall of the Assad regime, Wakil fled to Russia.
Simon Al Wakil est un ancien commandant des forces de défense nationales dans la ville de Maharda (Hama). Il a collaboré directement avec le commandement des forces russes en Syrie et constitue un relais actif des opérations d’enrôlement visant à envoyer des individus combattre en Ukraine aux côtés de la Russie. Il est donc responsable d’actions et de politiques compromettant ou menaçant l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine, ou la stabilité ou la sécurité en Ukraine. Après la chute du régime d’Assad, Wakil a fui en Russie.
