Viktor Petrovich Goremykin is the Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation and Head of the Main Military-Political Directorate of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, which is the central military-political management body carrying out military patriotic work in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. He is also a Member of the Collegium of the Ministry of Defence of Russia and former Head of the main personnel department of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. In his current role, he is responsible for the organisation of military-political work within Russian Armed Forces. He is therefore responsible for, supporting or implementing actions or policies which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
Viktor Petrovich Goremykin est le vice-ministre de la défense de la Fédération de Russie, et le chef de la direction militaire et politique principale des forces armées de la Fédération de Russie, qui est l’organe central de direction militaire et politique exerçant des activités militaro-patriotiques au sein des forces armées de la Fédération de Russie. Il est également membre du Collegium du ministère russe de la défense et ancien chef du service central du personnel des forces armées de la Fédération de Russie. Dans le cadre de ses fonctions actuelles, il est responsable de l’organisation des activités militaires et politiques au sein des forces armées russes. Il est donc responsable d’actions ou de politiques qui compromettent ou menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine, ou soutient ou met en œuvre de telles actions ou politiques.
