Viktoria Valerievna Abramchenko est vice-Première ministre de la Fédération de Russie, chargée du complexe agro-industriel, des ressources naturelles et de l’écologie. Responsable de la production agricole, y compris les céréales, et chargée d’aider à faire face aux sanctions instituées à l’encontre de la Russie.
