Od 21.03.2022 r. jako beneficjent rzeczywisty szeregu polskich spółek wskazywana jest Aleksandra Melniczenko – żona Andrieja Melniczenki. Z posiadanych danych wynika, że działania podjęte przez Andrieja Melniczenkę w zakresie zmiany struktury właścicielskiej powiązanych z nim podmiotów miały na celu uniknięcie potencjalnego zajęcia/zamrożenia majątku i środków finansowych wymienionego, mogącego nastąpić w związku z nałożeniem sankcji. Nałożenie sankcji na Andrieja Melniczenko oraz powiązane z nim spółki, m.in. SUEK Polska Sp. z o.o. i EUROCHEM POLSKA Sp. z o.o. przyczyni się do zmniejszenia przychodów wymienionych firm oraz podmiotów osiągających korzyści z ich działalności, a tym samym pośrednio wpłynie na zmniejszenie przychodów budżetu Federacji Rosyjskiej, z którego finansowana jest agresja przeciwko Ukrainie.
