In his former leadership position as Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MoIA) and Commander of the MoIA Internal Troops, he is responsible for the repression and intimidation campaign led by MoIA forces, in particular the Internal Troops under his command, in the wake of the 2020 presidential election, in particular arbitrary arrests and ill-treatment, including torture, of peaceful demonstrators as well as intimidation and violence against journalists. He remains active in the Lukashenka regime as first Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and Head of the Public Security Police.
Dans le cadre de ses anciennes fonctions dirigeantes de vice-ministre de l'intérieur et de commandant des forces internes du ministère de l'intérieur, il est responsable de la campagne de répression et d'intimidation menée par les forces du ministère de l'intérieur, en particulier les forces internes sous son commandement, à la suite de l'élection présidentielle de 2020, en particulier d'arrestations arbitraires et de mauvais traitements, y compris la torture, de manifestants pacifiques, ainsi que d'intimidations et de violences à l'encontre de journalistes.
