It manufactures fuses and mechanisms for rockets installed in the BM-30 “Smerch” multiples rocket launchers that are used by the Russian Armed Forces in Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. Moreover, its management and employees publicly supported Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine and sent material aid to the Russian soldiers who are involved in the war.

Kurganpribor is a Russian military industry company. It provides weapons to the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation under the State defence order. It produces fuses for tank shots, land and naval artillery, multiple rocket launcher systems, and anti-aircraft missile systems.

Therefore, Kurganpribor is supporting materially actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Kurganpribor est une entreprise de l'industrie militaire russe. Elle fournit des armes au ministère de la défense de la Fédération de Russie dans le cadre de la commande de défense de l'État. Elle produit des fusibles pour les tirs de chars, l'artillerie terrestre et navale, les systèmes de lance-roquettes multiples et les systèmes de missiles antiaériens. Elle fabrique des fusibles et des mécanismes pour les roquettes installées dans les lance-roquettes multiples BM-30 Smerch, utilisés par les forces armées russes dans la guerre d'agression menée par la Russie contre l'Ukraine. En outre, sa direction et ses employés ont publiquement soutenu la guerre d'agression menée par la Russie contre l'Ukraine et envoyé du matériel d'aide aux soldats russes participant à la guerre. Par conséquent, Kurganpribor apporte un soutien matériel à des actions qui compromettent et menacent l'intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l'indépendance de l'Ukraine.
