ابن طلال ومدنية. تكشف تسريبات زمان الوصل أن لديه سجل اجرامي: تهريب وحيازة أسلحة حربية. يتزعم ميليشيا كتائب “العرين 313” أو كما تعرف بكتائب “أبو الحارث”، لقبه أبو الحارث. وبحسب مصادر تلفزيون سوريا فهو يستغل قوانين النظام بغطاء ودعم من مديرية الزراعة في محافظة اللاذقية للاستيلاء على أراضي الفلاحين في المناطق التي تعرضت لعدة حرائق مدمرة.

According to Syria’s television sources, it exploits the laws of the regime with a cover and support from the Directorate of Agriculture in Lattakia Governorate to seize peasants in areas where destructive fires.
