Andrei Konstantinovich Nekrashevich est chef de la principale direction biélorusse de formation au combat des forces armées de la République de Biélorussie. Andrei Konstantinovich Nekrashevich is the Chief of the Belarussian Main Directorate of Combat Training of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus. He is part of the Belarussian army, which has supported the Russian military aggression against Ukraine of 24 Feb 2022. In this position he is responsible for overseeing the joint combat training of Belarussian Armed Forces and armed forces of foreign states. He publicly praised the joint Belarussian-Russian military exercises, which prepared and facilitated the Russian military aggression against Ukraine of 24 Feb 2022 . He is therefore responsible for and actively supporting actions undermining the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, as well as stability and security in Ukraine.
