Pyon Won Gun a aussi été identifié par le groupe d’experts des Nations unies comme étant un ressortissant de la RPDC exploitant Pan Systems Pyongyang. Dans son rapport final de mars 2023, le groupe d’experts des Nations unies présente des informations selon lesquelles Pan Systems continue de participer à des tentatives d’exportation d’armes.
