The Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB) maintains a list of individuals and entities that are banned from trading in stock exchanges and other organized markets. These bans are imposed on parties found to be involved in market fraud, including market manipulation and speculation. The list may also include entities wanted for terrorism-related activities.

Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB) is the regulatory and supervisory authority in charge of the securities markets in Türkiye. Empowered by the Capital Markets Law (CML), which was enacted in 1981, the CMB has been making detailed regulations for organizing the markets and developing capital market instruments and institutions.
