The vessel has been implicated in grain theft schemes involving the temporarily occupied port of Berdiansk, Zaporizhzhia region, Ukraine, in February, March, April, May, June, July, August, and September 2024, as well as in April and June 2025. On 11 June 2025, the vessel (IMO 8611221) was observed loading grain at berth 21 of the Avlita terminal in Sevastopol Bay. On 12 June 2025, it departed Sevastopol Bay loaded with wheat and proceeded to the Taman ship-to-ship (STS) transshipment area. On 15 June 2025, the vessel was again loading grain at berth 21 of the Avlita terminal. The following day, 16 June 2025, it departed loaded with wheat and sailed to Port Kavkaz (third cargo area).
