In his position as Deputy Chairman and judge of the Oktyabrsky District Court in Minsk, Aliaksandr Rudzenka is responsible for numerous politically motivated rulings against journalists, activists and protesters, in particular fining an elderly and disabled protester, as well as the sentencing of Lyudmila Kazak – the lawyer of Mariya Kalesnikava, Belarussian opposition leader. Violations of rights of defence and right to a fair trial were reported during trials conducted under his supervision. He is therefore responsible for serious human rights violations and for seriously undermining the rule of law, as well as for the repression of civil society and democratic opposition.

En sa qualité de vice-président et de juge au tribunal du district Oktyabrski à Minsk, Aliaksandr Roudzenka est responsable d’un grand nombre de décisions prononcées contre des journalistes, des militants et des protestataires pour des motifs politiques, notamment d’amendes infligées à une personne protestataire âgée et handicapée et de la condamnation de Lioudmila Kazak, l’avocate de Maria Kalesnikava, dirigeante de l’opposition biélorusse. Des violations des droits de la défense et du droit à accéder à un tribunal impartial ont été signalées lors de procès menés sous sa supervision. Il est donc responsable de graves violations des droits de l’homme et de graves atteintes à l’état de droit, ainsi que de la répression de la société civile et de l’opposition démocratique.

Obywatel Białorusi Aliaksandr Rudzenka jest wiceprzewodniczącym i sędzią Kastrycznickiego Sądu Rejonowego w Mińsku, zaangażowanym w masowe łamanie praw człowieka na Białorusi. Z informacji posiadanych przez Agencję Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego wynika, że wjazd i pobyt obywatela Białorusi stanowią zagrożenie dla bezpieczeństwa państwa. Dotychczasowa aktywność wymienionej osoby sytuuje ją jako zwolennika reżimu Aleksandra Łukaszenki. Taka postawa w obliczu rosyjskich działań wojennych na Ukrainie, wsparcia logistycznego i politycznego udzielonego Moskwie przez władze białoruskie, a także toczonej wobec Rzeczypospolitej wojny hybrydowej stwarza poważne ryzyko prowokacji lub wywołania incydentów skutkujących uszczerbkiem dla pozycji międzynarodowej RP.
