The ownership of the entity was transferred contrary to the Ukrainian law. On 21 Mar 2014 the “Presidium of the Parliament of Crimea” adopted a decision “On the questions of creation of the Association of sanatoria and resorts” No 1767-6/14 declaring the appropriation of assets belonging to the resort “Nizhnyaya Oreanda” on behalf of the “Republic of Crimea”. The enterprise is thus effectively confiscated by the Crimean “authorities”. Le 21 mars 2014, le “Présidium du Parlement de Crimée” a adopté la décision no 17676/14 “sur les questions relatives à la création de l'association des sanatoriums et des complexes hôteliers” déclarant l'appropriation des avoirs du complexe hôtelier “Nizhnyaya Oreanda” au nom de la “République de Crimée”. Cette entreprise a donc de fait été confisquée par les “autorités” de Crimée. Réenregistrée le 9 octobre 2014 en tant qu'entreprise budgétaire de l'État fédéral “Sanatorium Nizhnyaya Oreanda” de l'administration du président de la Fédération de Russie. Fondateur: l'administration du président de la Fédération de Russie.
