La “Korea Namgang Trading Corporation” est responsable de l'expatriation de travailleurs de la RPDC, y compris aux fins de générer des recettes pour le gouvernement de la RPDC ou le Parti des travailleurs de Corée. La Namgang Trading Corporation est impliquée dans le cycle logistique de l'expatriation de travailleurs et elle s'occupe des questions de visas, de passeports et de départs du personnel de la RPDC aux fins d'emploi à l'étranger.
