Vyacheslav Petrovych PETUSHENKO

Vyacheslav Petushenko is the Chairman of the Board of State Company “Avtodor”, which is the Russian state infrastructure and highway service company. “Avtodor” has signed an agreement to provide the right to free travel on toll roads for vehicles transporting aid to the zone of Russia’s illegal war of aggression against Ukraine. In addition, “Avtodor” is actively involved in reconstructing many roads in Ukrainian territories which have been occupied by Russia. President Putin has taken note of the work of “Avtodor” specialists, who are involved in the restoration of infrastructure in occupied areas. The aim of such actions is to integrate the occupied territories into Russia by building infrastructural objects. As the Chairman of the Board of State Company “Avtodor”, Vyacheslav Petushenko is implementing actions or policies which undermine the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Vyacheslav Petushenko est le président du conseil d’administration de la société d’État “Avtodor”, qui est la société d’État russe chargée des infrastructures et des services routiers. “Avtodor” a signé un accord prévoyant d’accorder le droit de circuler gratuitement sur les routes à péage pour les véhicules transportant de l’aide vers la zone de la guerre d’agression illégale menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine. En outre, “Avtodor” participe activement à la reconstruction de nombreuses routes dans les territoires ukrainiens occupés par la Russie. Le président Poutine a pris acte du travail des spécialistes d’“Avtodor”, qui participent à la restauration des infrastructures dans les zones occupées. L’objectif de ces actions est d’intégrer les territoires occupés dans la Russie en construisant des ouvrages d’infrastructure. En sa qualité de président du conseil d’administration de la société d’État “Avtodor”, Vyacheslav Petushenko met en œuvre des actions ou des politiques qui compromettent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
