The Republic of Moldova has legally suspended the broadcasting licences of several media channels, including those of “TV6” and “ORHEI TV”, which are under the administration of Dumitru Chitoroagă, for disseminating incorrect information regarding current political events in the Republic of Moldova. Therefore, by obstructing and undermining the democratic political process, Dumitru Chitoroagă is responsible for actions which undermine and threaten democracy, the rule of law, stability and security in the Republic of Moldova. Furthermore, he is associated with Ilan Shor. Dumitru Chitoroagă is the administrator of a media trust which owns several media communication channels in the Republic of Moldova, channels of which he is also the director. Those media communication channels frequently promote messages aimed at obstructing and undermining the democratic political process through evidently false claims regarding the Government of the Republic of Moldova. Moreover, they express manifest support for listed person Ilan Shor and his political party “SHOR” (“ȘOR”). Some of those channels were owned or founded by Ilan Shor through intermediaries.

Dumitru Chitoroagă est l’administrateur d’un trust médiatique qui possède en République de Moldavie plusieurs chaînes médiatiques, dont il est également directeur. Ces chaînes médiatiques diffusent fréquemment des messages visant à faire obstacle et à porter atteinte au processus politique démocratique par des allégations manifestement fausses concernant le gouvernement de la République de Moldavie. Elles expriment en outre un soutien manifeste en faveur d’Ilan Shor, une personne inscrite sur la liste, et de son parti politique “SHOR” (“ȘOR”). Certaines de ces chaînes étaient détenues ou ont été fondées par Ilan Shor au moyen d’intermédiaires. La République de Moldavie a suspendu légalement les licences de radiodiffusion de plusieurs chaînes médiatiques, dont “TV6” et “ORHEI TV”, qui sont placées sous l’administration de Dumitru Chitoroagă, pour diffusion d’informations erronées sur les événements politiques actuels en République de Moldavie. Par conséquent, en faisant obstacle et en portant atteinte au processus politique démocratique, Dumitru Chitoroagă est responsable d’actions qui compromettent et menacent la démocratie, l’état de droit, la stabilité et la sécurité en République de Moldavie. Il est en outre associé à Ilan Shor.
