Description	The vessel has been implicated in a grain theft scheme involving shipments from the temporarily occupied territory (TOT) of Ukraine by receiving grain from other vessels anchored in the Kerch Strait near the TOT of Crimea, Ukraine. It attempted to transport the grain (barley) obtained in this manner to Port Samsun (Turkey). In April 2023, the Ukrainian authorities requested that the Turkish authorities arrest the vessel, take grain samples, and interrogate the captain and crew. The vessel was not arrested and was not permitted to enter the Turkish port. On November 25, 2025, Ukraine imposed sanctions on the vessel.				[sources]
