Therefore, it is responsible for supporting materially actions which undermined or threatened the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. It also supports, materially or financially, or benefits from the Government of the Russian Federation, which is responsible for the annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of Ukraine. 121 Aircraft Repair Plant repairs Su-25, Su-27, MiG-29 and MiG-31 aircraft. It is the only enterprise in Russia that simultaneously repairs and upgrades Su-25 aircraft to the Su-25 SM version. Su-25 SM and MiG-31 were used by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation during Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. Belarusian personnel have also been dispatched to this site to help repair combat aircraft so that they can be reused in Russia’s aggression in Ukraine.

121 Aircraft Repair Plant répare des avions Su-25, Su-27, MiG-29 et MiG-31. Il s’agit de la seule entreprise de Russie qui, simultanément, répare les avions Su-25 et les font évoluer vers la version Su-25 SM. Des Su-25 SM et des MiG-31 ont été utilisés par les forces armées de la Fédération de Russie dans le cadre de la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine. Du personnel biélorusse a en outre été envoyé sur ce site pour aider à réparer les avions de combat afin qu’ils puissent être réutilisés dans le cadre de l’agression menée par la Russie en Ukraine. Par conséquent, 121 Aircraft Repair Plant est responsable de l’apport d’un soutien matériel à des actions qui ont compromis ou menacé l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine. En outre, elle apporte un soutien matériel ou financier au gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie, qui est responsable de l’annexion de la Crimée et de la déstabilisation de l’Ukraine, ou tire avantage de ce gouvernement.
