DescriptionThe vessel has been implicated in grain theft schemes involving shipments from the temporarily occupied territory (TOT) of Ukraine by loading grain via ship-to-ship (STS) transfer from the russian vessels IMO 8721272 and IMO 8959219, which had exported grain from the TOT of Crimea, Ukraine.
