| Description | According to the German Federal Criminal Police Office, it belongs to the sister of the sanctioned russian oligarch Alisher Usmanov, the founder and major shareholder of USM (assets in the mining and metallurgy industry - Metalloinvest, Baikal Mining Company, telecommunications - Megafon, Mail.ru Group, the Internet industry, the technology sector - CDPT, and other assets). In March 2022, USA imposed sanctions on "Dilbar".
