Seyyed Kazem Delkhosh-Abatari est le porte-parole de la commission judiciaire et juridique du parlement iranien. Lors des manifestations de 2022/2023, il a contribué à l’élaboration d’un plan visant à poursuivre les journalistes et les médias qui publient des informations non conformes au discours officiel de la République islamique. La répression à l’encontre des journalistes en Iran s’est intensifiée depuis les premiers jours des manifestations de 2022, avec près de 70 journalistes arrêtés à ce jour. En tant que porte-parole de la commission judiciaire et juridique du parlement iranien, Delkhosh-Abatari a été impliqué dans la répression exercée contre les médias et les journalistes à la suite des manifestations qui ont éclaté à travers l’Iran en 2022. Il est donc responsable de graves violations des droits de l’homme en Iran.
