Scientific-Research Centre “Ushkuynik” is a company producing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to the benefit of the Russian military. Its main product is the UAV named “Kniaz Vandal Novgorodskiy” (KVN), which is used by Russia in its war of aggression against Ukraine. The company also holds permission from the Russian Government to unite and coordinate the efforts of UAV engineers and construction companies in order to create and test new types of UAV in Veliky Novgorod. Therefore, Scientific-Research Centre “Ushkuynik” is supporting materially actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Moreover, it is supporting materially the Government of the Russian Federation, which is responsible for the annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of Ukraine.

Son principal produit est l'UAV dénommé “Kniaz Vandal Novgorodskiy” (KVN), qui est utilisé par la Russie dans sa guerre d'agression contre l'Ukraine. L'entreprise est également autorisée par le gouvernement russe à unir et coordonner les efforts des ingénieurs et des entreprises de construction d'UAV afin de créer et de tester de nouveaux types d'UAV à Veliky Novgorod. Par conséquent, Scientific-Research Centre “Ushkuynik” soutient matériellement des actions qui compromettent et menacent l'intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l'indépendance de l'Ukraine. De plus, cette entreprise apporte un soutien matériel au gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie, qui est responsable de l'annexion de la Crimée et de la déstabilisation de l'Ukraine.
