Igor Kazarezov is the Chairman of the Center for Military Sports Training and patriotic education of youth “WARRIOR”. The WARRIOR Center is a state-led youth organisation established in the Russian Federation to foster patriotic and military education. It is supported by the President of the Russian Federation, who instructed the WARRIOR Center to work in close cooperation with participants in Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. The WARRIOR Center is also conducting activities in the illegally occupied territories of Ukraine, through local branches. The WARRIOR Center has also conducted several projects with the All-Russian public-state movement of children and youth “Movement of the First”, an entity listed by the Union. Therefore, Igor Kazarezov is supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine the territorial integrity of Ukraine. Igor Kazarezov is also associated with the All-Russian public-state movement of children and youth “Movement of the First”.

Entités associées: Centre de préparation militaro-sportive et d'éducation patriotique de la jeunesse "VOÏN" (le "GUERRIER"). Igor Kazarezov est le président du Centre de préparation militaro-sportive et d'éducation patriotique de la jeunesse "VOÏN" (le "GUERRIER"). Le Centre "VOÏN" est une organisation de jeunesse sous la houlette de l'État établie en Fédération de Russie pour favoriser l'éducation patriotique et militaire. Il est soutenu par le président de la Fédération de Russie, qui a chargé le Centre "VOÏN" de travailler en étroite coopération avec les participants à la guerre d'agression menée par la Russie contre l'Ukraine. Le Centre "VOÏN" mène également des activités dans les territoires ukrainiens illégalement occupés, par l'intermédiaire d'antennes locales. Le centre "VOÏN" a également mené plusieurs projets avec le mouvement panrusse social d'État à destination des enfants et des jeunes "Le mouvement des premiers", une entité inscrite sur la liste de l'Union. Par conséquent, Igor Kazarezov soutient et met en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent l'intégrité territoriale de l'Ukraine. Igor Kazarezov est aussi associé avec le mouvement pan-russe social d'État à destination des enfants et des jeunes "Le mouvement des premiers".
