DescriptionThe vessel has been implicated in grain theft schemes involving the temporarily occupied territories (TOT) of Ukraine. In August 2023, it transported grain from the port of Feodosia (TOT of Crimea, Ukraine) to the port of Famagusta (Northern Cyprus). The vessel remained in the port of Feodosia from 22 July to 14 August 2023 after delivering cargo from the Turkish port of Gulluk, where it loaded grain and subsequently delivered it to Famagusta. In October 2023, the vessel transported grain from the TOT of Ukraine through the Bosporus Strait to the Syrian port of Tartus while engaged in dark activity by disabling its Automatic Identification System (AIS). The vessel made a port call at Sevastopol (TOT of Crimea, Ukraine) in May 2023. In February 2025, the vessel was operating in the Black Sea en route to the port of Feodosia after delivering a grain cargo to the port of Alexandria. On November 25, 2025, Ukraine imposed sanctions on the vessel.[sources]
