According to reliable information, Petr Kolbin is the person who formally benefited the most from the transactions involving the sale of shares in the company "Yamal LNG". The funds from these transactions were used to build the yacht Graceful (later renamed "Kosatka" or "Killer Whale"), which belongs to Vladimir Putin. There are also grounds to believe that he is only the nominal owner of other assets, with Vladimir Putin exercising actual control over them.
