Failed to take action to investigate the case of the unresolved disappearances of Yuri Zakharenko, Viktor Gonchar, Anatoly Krasovski and Dmitri Zavadski in Belarus in 1999-2000. Former Minister of Internal Affairs and also former Head of the President's Security Service. As a Minister of Internal Affairs he was responsible for the repression of peaceful demonstrations until his retirement on 6 Apr 2009 for health reasons. Received a residence in the Drozdy nomenklatura district in Minsk from the Presidential Administration. In Oct 2014, was awarded the Order ‘For Merit’ III degree by President Lukashenka.
N'a pas pris de mesures pour enquêter sur les disparitions non résolues de Yuri Zakharenko, Viktor Gonchar, Anatoly Krasovski et Dmitri Zavadski en Biélorussie en 1999-2000. Ancien ministre de l'intérieur et également ancien chef du service de sécurité du président. En tant que ministre de l'intérieur, il a été chargé de la répression des manifestations pacifiques jusqu'à son départ à la retraite, le 6 avril 2009, pour des raisons de santé. S'est vu attribuer par l'administration présidentielle une résidence dans le district de Drozdy à Minsk, réservé à la nomenklatura. En octobre 2014, il s'est vu décerner l'ordre du mérite, 3e grade, par le président Loukachenka. Depuis novembre 2023, Vladimir Naumov détient 75 % des parts dans la société “Zorka Food”. Zorka Food est enregistrée à Moscou et exerce en Ukraine dans la région de Donetsk et la ville de Marioupol occupées par la Russie en exportant des céréales et du fourrage via le port de Marioupol, et en soutenant l'implication de la Biélorussie dans la guerre d'agression que la Russie mène contre l'Ukraine. Il soutient donc le régime de Loukachenka.
