Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. As deputy head of the highest body of constitutional oversight, he is responsible for the rejection of the main provisions of the Constitution, according to which Russia was a democratic federal law-based state with a republican form of government, the formation of the authoritarian regime of Vladimir Putin and the derogation of the fundamental constitutional rights of citizens.
