Alexey Chadayev is the Director of Scientific-Research Centre “Ushkuynik”, a company producing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to the benefit of the Russian military. Its main product is the close-range fiber-optic electronic warfare resistant UAV named “Kniaz Vandal Novgorodskiy” (KVN), which is used in Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. The company also holds permission from the Russian Government to unite and coordinate the efforts of UAV engineers and construction companies in order to create and test new types of UAV in Veliky Novgorod. Therefore, Alexey Chadayev is supporting materially actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Moreover, he is supporting materially the Government of the Russian Federation, which is responsible for the annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of Ukraine.
Alexey Chadayev est le directeur du Scientific Research Centre “Ushkuynik”, une société qui produit des véhicules aériens sans pilote (UAV) au profit de l'armée russe. Son principal produit est l'UAV “Kniaz Vandal Novgorodskiy” (KVN), un UAV à fibre optique de courte portée résistant à la guerre électronique, qui est utilisé dans le cadre de la guerre d'agression menée par la Russie contre l'Ukraine. La société est également autorisée par le gouvernement russe à unir et coordonner les efforts des ingénieurs et des entreprises de construction d'UAV afin de créer et de tester de nouveaux types d'UAV à Veliky Novgorod. Par conséquent, Alexey Chadayev soutient matériellement des actions qui compromettent et menacent l'intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l'indépendance de l'Ukraine. De plus, il apporte un soutien matériel au gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie, qui est responsable de l'annexion de la Crimée et de la déstabilisation de l'Ukraine.
