First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration
In his position as the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, Maxim Ryzhankou is closely associated with the President and responsible for ensuring the implementation of presidential powers in the field of domestic and foreign policy. For over 20 years of his career in the civil service of Belarus he has held a number of posts, including in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and various embassies. He is therefore supporting the Lukashenka regime.
En tant que premier adjoint au chef de l’administration présidentielle, Maxim Ryjankoù est étroitement associé au président et chargé de veiller à la mise en œuvre des pouvoirs présidentiels en matière de politique intérieure et extérieure. Au cours de sa carrière de plus de 20 ans dans la fonction publique biélorusse, il a occupé différents postes, notamment au ministère des affaires étrangères et dans plusieurs ambassades. En tant que ministre des affaires étrangères, il continue d’occuper une fonction de pouvoir et de mettre en œuvre la politique étrangère du régime de Loukachenka. Il soutient donc le régime de Loukachenka.

Maksim Ryzhenkov jest zastępcą szefa Administracji Prezydenta RB. Odpowiada za rozpowszechnianie ideologii i propagandy reżimu m.in. poprzez nakłanianie białoruskich sportowców do pisania otwartych listów wsparcia dla polityki A. Łukaszenki. Z informacji posiadanych przez Agencję Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego wynika, że wjazd i pobyt obywatela Białorusi stanowią zagrożenie dla bezpieczeństwa państwa. Dotychczasowa aktywność wymienionej osoby sytuuje ją jako zwolennika reżimu Aleksandra Łukaszenki. Taka postawa w obliczu rosyjskich działań wojennych na Ukrainie, wsparcia logistycznego i politycznego udzielonego Moskwie przez władze białoruskie, a także toczonej wobec Rzeczypospolitej wojny hybrydowej stwarza poważne ryzyko prowokacji lub wywołania incydentów skutkujących uszczerbkiem dla pozycji międzynarodowej RP.
