Colonel General Vasily Tonkoshkurov is First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Military Industrial Commission of the Russian Federation, which is tasked with implementing Russian state policy concerning the military-industrial complex and military technology provision. In this capacity, Colonel General Vasily Tonkoshkurov furthermore participates in the meetings of the State Coordination Council designated to meet the Russian military needs arising during the war of aggression against Ukraine. Therefore, Colonel General Vasily Tonkoshkurov is supporting actions and policies which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
