Brigadier-General Mostafa Najjar has been a senior advisor to the Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces on Knowledge and Technology Industry since September 2013. He is the former Minister for the Interior (2009-2013) and former Minister of the Ministry of Defense for Armed Forces Logistics (MODAFL) (2005-2009), responsible for all military programmes, including ballistic missiles programmes.
