Gives effect to UN nuclear-related sanctions against Iran, targeting persons and entities involved in Iran's nuclear weapons and ballistic missile programmes. Designated persons are subject to an asset freeze, a travel ban and director disqualification. Country-wide restrictions prohibit the export to and import from Iran of military, nuclear-related and missile-related goods and technology, as well as graphite, certain metals and enterprise resource planning software, along with related financial services, specialised financial messaging services, ship bunkering and cargo aircraft maintenance.
