Rector of the Belarusian State Medical University

In his position as the Rector of the Belarusian State Medical University, whose appointment was approved by Alexander Lukashenka, Siarhei Rubnikovich is responsible for the decision of University administration to expel students for taking part in peaceful protests. The expulsion orders were taken following Lukashenka's call on 27 Oct 2020 for expelling from universities students taking part in protests and strikes. He is therefore responsible for the repression of civil society and is supporting the Lukashenka regime.

En tant que recteur de l'Université médicale d'État de Biélorussie, dont la nomination a été approuvée par Aliaksandr Loukachenka, Siarheï Roubnikovitch est responsable de la décision de l'administration universitaire de renvoyer les étudiants ayant pris part à des manifestations pacifiques. Les décisions de renvoi ont été prises à la suite de l'appel de Loukachenka, le 27 octobre 2020, à exclure des universités les étudiants prena t part aux manifestations et aux grèves.Il est donc responsable de la répression de la société civile et il soutient le régime de Loukachenka.
