| Description | The vessel was involved in the theft of Ukrainian grain from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, in particular from the port of Sevastopol in November 2024. In April 2025, the vessel was arrested by the authorized body of Ukraine in the area of the port of Reni. In July 2025, the National Agency for Asset Recovery and Management (ARMA) announced that it had taken control of the vessel (IMO 9365415) for further disposal. The transfer of the asset to ARMA took place on the basis of a court order issued at the request of the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea as part of criminal proceedings launched for violating the procedure for entering and leaving the temporarily occupied territory. On November 25, 2025, Ukraine imposed sanctions on the vessel. | [sources] | |||
