Avtodor is a construction company subordinated to the “department of roads” of the “Ministry of Transport” of the so-called “Donetsk People’s Republic”. Since Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine, Avtodor has actively restored strategic infrastructure, such as bridges and roads, on behalf of the Russian occupying forces. Avtodor has been commissioned by the Russian occupying forces to establish road connections between occupied regions of Ukraine, as well as to replace Ukrainian road signs with Russian-language signs in the occupied areas. The work carried out by Avtodor is part of a broader strategy pursued by the Russian Federation in cooperation with the occupying forces in the so-called “Donetsk People’s Republic” to advance Russia’s war of aggression through infrastructural projects. Therefore, Avtodor is supporting materially actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Moreover, Avtodor is an entity conducting transactions with the separatist groups in the Donbas region of Ukraine.

Avtodor is a construction company subordinated to the “department of roads” of the “Ministry of Transport” of the so-called “Donetsk People’s Republic”. Avtodor est une société de construction placée sous le contrôle de la “section des routes” du “ministère des transports” de la soi-disant “République populaire de Donetsk”. Depuis la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine, Avtodor rétablit activement des infrastructures stratégiques, telles que des ponts et des routes, pour le compte des forces d’occupation russes. Avtodor a été chargée par les forces d’occupation russes d’établir des liaisons routières entre les régions occupées d’Ukraine, ainsi que de remplacer les panneaux routiers ukrainiens par des panneaux en langue russe dans les zones occupées. Les travaux menés par Avtodor s’inscrivent dans une stratégie plus large mise en place par la Fédération de Russie en coopération avec les forces d’occupation dans la soi-disant “République populaire de Donetsk” afin de faire progresser la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie au moyen de projets d’infrastructure. Par conséquent, Avtodor apporte un soutien matériel à des actions qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine. En outre, Avtodor est une entité réalisant des transactions avec les groupes séparatistes de la région du Donbass en Ukraine.
