| Description | Twin-screw vessel (project 19164) with 12 cargo tanks and 2 slop tanks, double sides and double bottom, aft engine room location, intended for bulk transportation of oil and petroleum products, as well as vegetable oils. It is possible to transport two types of cargo in one flight. The vessel calls at ports in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Since April 2023, the owner and manager of the vessel has been the russian company Rowswood Shipping LLC (TIN 6167088540), affiliated with JSC DTLK, which is subject to sanctions. Rowswood Shipping is a shipping company specializing in the logistics of petroleum products using its own fleet. The founder of LLC "Rowswood Shipping" is LLC "Yug Energo" (TIN 6167088571). The managing company of Rowswood Shipping LLC is the sanctioned russian company NZNP Management JSC (TIN 9725007881), affiliated with NZNP JSC (one of the largest suppliers of petroleum products in southern russia, TOT of Ukraine). The previous owner of the vessel is the sanctioned rusian company JSC "DTLK" (TIN 7720261827) - the largest leasing company for aviation, water, rail, and urban passenger transport in russia, included in the list of systemically important organizations of the russian economy and controlled by the Ministry of Transport of the russian federation. In April 2023, the US imposed sanctions on ships (including the Sanar-14) associated with JSC DTLK and its CEO, Dietrich Yevgeny Ivanovich. In June 2025, Canada imposed sanctions on the ship. Since September 12, 2025, the United Kingdom has imposed sanctions on the vessel. Since December 19, 2025, the EU has imposed sanctions on the vessel. | [sources] | |||
