UralDronZavod is a newly created company that arose as a start-up during Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. The company produces an FPV drone called “Upyr” (“Ghoul”) which has been widely in use since autumn of 2023 during the invasion of Ukraine. The company has received full support from the Russian Ministry of Defence and other state agencies and is currently producing drones on the Russian Government’s orders. The company and its manager and creator have gained attention from President Putin himself. UralDronZavod is constantly developing and upgrading its flagship drone “Upyr” based on experience collected on the battlefield. The drone has repeatedly been successfully used against the Ukrainian Army. Therefore, UralDronZavod is supporting materially actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Moreover, it is supporting materially and benefitting from the Government of the Russian Federation, which is responsible for the illegal annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of Ukraine.

UralDronZavod est une entreprise nouvellement créée qui s'est développée en tant que start-up pendant la guerre d'agression menée par la Russie contre l'Ukraine. La société produit un drone FPV appelé “Upyr” (“Ghoul”) qui est largement utilisé depuis l'automne 2023 dans l'invasion de l'Ukraine. L'entreprise a reçu un soutien sans réserve de la part du ministère russe de la défense et d'autres agences publiques et produit actuellement des drones sur commande du gouvernement russe. La société et son directeur et créateur ont attiré l'attention du président Poutine lui-même. UralDronZavod développe et améliore constamment son drone phare “Upyr” sur la base de l'expérience acquise sur le champ de bataille.
