Judge of the Minsk City Court, former judge at the Fruzensky district court in Minsk

In her former position as judge at the Fruzensky district court in Minsk, Natallia Buhuk was responsible for numerous politically motivated rulings against journalists and protesters, in particular the sentencing of Katsiaryna Bakhvalava (Andreyeva) and Darya Chultsova. Violations of rights of defence and of right to a fair trial were reported during trials conducted under her supervision. She is therefore responsible for serious human rights violations and for seriously undermining the rule of law, as well as for the repression of civil society and democratic opposition. She remains active in the Lukashenka regime as a judge of the Minsk City Court.

Dans ses anciennes fonctions de juge au tribunal du district Frunzensky à Minsk, Natallia Bouhouk a été responsable d’un grand nombre de décisions prononcées pour des motifs politiques contre des journalistes et des protestataires, et en particulier des condamnations de Katsiaryna Bakhvalava (Andreïeva) et de Daria Tchoultsova. Des violations des droits de la défense et du droit à accéder à un tribunal impartial ont été signalées durant des procès menés sous sa supervision. Elle est donc responsable de graves violations des droits de l’homme et de graves atteintes à l’état de droit, ainsi que de la répression de la société civile et de l’opposition démocratique. Elle continue de jouer un rôle actif dans le régime de Loukachenka en tant que juge au tribunal de la ville de Minsk.

Nataliia Buhuk jest sędzią Frunzeńskiego Sądu Rejonowego w Mińsku, zaangażowaną w masowe łamanie praw człowieka na Białorusi. Z informacji posiadanych przez Agencję Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego wynika, że wjazd i pobyt obywatelki Białorusi stanowią zagrożenie dla bezpieczeństwa państwa. Dotychczasowa aktywność wymienionej osoby sytuuje ją jako zwolennika reżimu Aleksandra Łukaszenki. Taka postawa w obliczu rosyjskich działań wojennych na Ukrainie, wsparcia logistycznego i politycznego udzielonego Moskwie przez władze białoruskie, a także toczonej wobec Rzeczypospolitej wojny hybrydowej stwarza poważne ryzyko prowokacji lub wywołania incydentów skutkujących uszczerbkiem dla pozycji międzynarodowej RP.
