Deputy Chairman of the Court of the Leninsky District of Minsk

In her position as Deputy Chairman and judge of the Court of the Leninsky District of Minsk, Marina Zapasnik is responsible for numerous politically motivated rulings against peaceful protesters, in particular the sentencing of activists Vladislav Zenevich, Olga Pavlova, Olga Klaskovskaya, Viktar Barushka, Sergey Ratkevich, Aleksey Charvinskiy, Andrey Khrenkov, student Viktor Aktistov, and minor Maksim Babich. All are recognized as political prisoners by Viasna, a Belarussian human rights organisation. She is therefore responsible for serious human rights violations and seriously undermining the rule of law, as well as for the repression of civil society and democratic opposition.

En sa qualité de vice-présidente et de juge au tribunal du district Leninsky à Minsk, Marina Zapasnik est responsable d’un grand nombre de décisions prononcées contre des manifestants pacifiques pour des motifs politiques, notamment de la condamnation des militants Vladislav Zenevitch, Olga Pavlova, Olga Klaskovskaya, Viktar Barouchka, Sergueï Ratkevitch, Alexeï Tcharvinski, Andreï Khrenkov, et l’étudiant Viktor Aktistov, et du mineur d’âge Maksim Babitch. Toutes ces personnes ont été reconnues comme prisonniers politiques par Viasna, une organisation biélorusse de défense des droits de l’homme. Elle est donc responsable de graves violations des droits de l’homme et de graves atteintes à l’état de droit, ainsi que de la répression de la société civile et de l’opposition démocratique.

Obywatelka Białorusi Maryna Zapasnik jest wiceprzewodniczącą i sędzią Leninowskiego Sądu Rejonowego w Mińsku, zaangażowaną w masowe łamanie praw człowieka na Białorusi. Z informacji posiadanych przez Agencję Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego wynika, że wjazd i pobyt obywatelki Białorusi stanowią zagrożenie dla bezpieczeństwa państwa. Dotychczasowa aktywność wymienionej osoby sytuuje ją jako zwolennika reżimu Aleksandra Łukaszenki. Taka postawa w obliczu rosyjskich działań wojennych na Ukrainie, wsparcia logistycznego i politycznego udzielonego Moskwie przez władze białoruskie, a także toczonej wobec Rzeczypospolitej wojny hybrydowej stwarza poważne ryzyko prowokacji lub wywołania incydentów skutkujących uszczerbkiem dla pozycji międzynarodowej RP.
