In his former position as Head of the Police Department in Moskovski District, Minsk, he is responsible for the repression and intimidation campaign in that district against peaceful protesters in the wake of the 2020 presidential election, in particular arbitrary arrests, excessive use of force and ill-treatment, including torture. He remains active in the Lukashenka regime as Deputy Head of the Minsk City Police Department and Head of Criminal Police.
En tant qu’ancien chef de la police du district “Moskovski” à Minsk, il est responsable de la campagne de répression et d’intimidation menée dans ce district à l’encontre de manifestants pacifiques à la suite de l’élection présidentielle de 2020, en particulier d’arrestations arbitraires, d’un recours excessif à la force et de mauvais traitements, y compris la torture. Il continue de jouer un rôle actif dans le régime de Loukachenka en tant que chef adjoint de la police de la ville de Minsk et chef de la police judiciaire.
