In February 2024, LLC “Ulyanovsk Machine Tool Plant” was subject to an asset seizure ordered by decree of the President of the Russian Federation and transferred to the Russian Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushchestvo). Ownership and control of LLC “Ulyanovsk Machine Tool Plant” have therefore been compulsorily transferred by the Government of the Russian Federation to Rosimushchestvo without the consent of the Union entities which previously owned or controlled it.

Cette société était précédemment détenue par les sociétés allemandes Gildemeister Beteiligungen GmbH et DMG Mori. En février 2024, LLC “Ulyanovsk Machine Tool Plant” a fait l’objet d’une saisie d’actifs ordonnée par décret du président de la Fédération de Russie et a été transférée à l’Agence fédérale russe pour la gestion des biens de l’État (Rosimouchtchestvo). La propriété et le contrôle de LLC “Ulyanovsk Machine Tool Plant” ont donc été transférés de force par le gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie à Rosimouchtchestvo sans le consentement des entités de l’Union qui détenaient ou contrôlaient ladite société auparavant.
