According to Equasis, this vessel was broken up in December 2018. Footnote 72 (p. 46) of the UN Panel of Experts February 2015 report states: "There is also a Democratic People’s Republic of Korea-flagged vessel named Woory Star (IMO number 8408595) owned by Korea 56 Trading Co, Pyongyang."
