Yulia Sergeevna VELICHKO

Yulia Velichko is the First Deputy Minister of Culture of the so-called “Luhansk People’s Republic”. That ministry is directly involved in the manipulation of Ukraine’s cultural heritage. In particular, she was previously acting as the “Minister of Youth Policy”, in which capacity she has actively supported and implemented Russian education policies relating to Ukrainian children, including promoting Russian national propaganda and military education in illegally occupied territories. She also facilitated the issuance of Russian passports to Ukrainian children in the region of Luhansk. Therefore, Yulia Velichko is supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. She is also associated with the so-called “Luhansk People’s Republic”.

Yulia Velichko est première vice-ministre de la culture de la soi-disant “République populaire de Louhansk”. Ce ministère est directement impliqué dans la manipulation du patrimoine culturel ukrainien. En particulier, elle exerçait auparavant la fonction de “ministre de la politique de la jeunesse”; à ce titre, elle soutient et met en œuvre activement les politiques éducatives russes relatives aux enfants ukrainiens, y compris la promotion de la propagande nationale russe et de l'éducation militaire dans les territoires illégalement occupés. Elle a également facilité la délivrance de passeports russes aux enfants ukrainiens dans la région de Louhansk. Par conséquent, Yulia Velichko soutient et met en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l'intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l'indépendance de l'Ukraine. Elle est en outre associée à la soi-disant “République populaire de Louhansk”.
