Federal State Enterprise Avangard (FKP Avangard) is a Russian defence enterprise that fulfils state defence orders for the disposal of military equipment and weapons. FKP Avangard also carries out research and development work on the creation and modernisation of ammunition. The enterprise is state-owned through the Rostec State Corporation and Federal Agency for State Property Management. The modernisation of the enterprise was covered by a federal targeted programme and the territorial administration of the Federal Agency for State Property Management in Bashkiria provided FKP Avangard with land to expand its production capacity. FKP Avangard is therefore supporting materially and benefitting from the Government of the Russian Federation, which is responsible for the annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of Ukraine.

L’entreprise d’État fédérale Avangard (FKP Avangard) est une entreprise russe de défense qui exécute les commandes de défense de l’État en vue de l’élimination d’équipements et d’armes militaires. FKP Avangard mène également des travaux de recherche et de développement sur la création et la modernisation de munitions. L’entreprise est détenue par l’État par l’intermédiaire de la Rostec State Corporation et de l’Agence fédérale pour la gestion des biens publics. La modernisation de l’entreprise a fait l’objet d’un programme fédéral ciblé et l’administration territoriale de l’Agence fédérale pour la gestion des biens de l’État en Bachkirie a permis à FKP Avangard d’accroître sa capacité de production.
